1.2 After Preparation: Once food preparation has started, cancellations are not permitted.

2.2 Late Delivery: If your order is delivered significantly late due to our fault, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

– Orders that are canceled after food preparation has started.

– Items that are not reported as defective within 24 hours of delivery.
